Improper use of equipment is prohibited. No one over the age of 18 is permitted to use the equipment. Be courteous of your neighbors and be aware of your noise level while using the playground. Young residents under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Playground hours from Sunrise to Sunset. Use the playground equipment at your own risk. Ensure that parked vehicles do not block driveways or sidewalks. Parking – Attendees to your event may park in the parking lot and on the street near the venue. Be courteous of your neighbors during your event with noise levels and music levels.
Owners must supply their own garbage bags for their event and take all garbage home for disposal.
Garbage cans are for community use only. *It is recommended to take a time stamped photo before your event and after your event* If the space is found not in compliance and not in acceptable condition, the property owner will be billed for a commercial cleaning. Property owners are responsible for clean-up of the reserved space. Property owners who reserve the pavilion MUST BE PRESENT during the entire reservation period and assume responsibility for compliance with these rules. Owners may reserve the pavilion between the hours of 10 am – 7 pm in 3 hour increments only. *No reservations will be accepted during major holidays* Only property owners will be able to reserve the pavilion. Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance by calling the POA office during normal business hours. If you should have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact your POA office directly. Please keep in mind that the residents of Dunes West who use and reserve the pavilion are assumed to abide by the following rules and regulations in order to keep our pavilion safe and clean for our residents to use.
